Anyone can play padel – no matter your age or ability. It’s less about power and more about technique so it’s perfect for a wide range of players. Padel Xpress is a beginner adult introductory coaching course for those who want to learn the essentials. You will pick up the foundations of the game so by the end of the 6-week course, you will be able to enjoy playing matches with fellow tennis players, friends, family or other players you meet along the way.
Sessions take place at Worldham Golf and Padel, Cakers La, Alton GU34 3BF. I have rackets to borrow / buy.
