1. What is the follow on offer subsidy/incentive

If you wish to join the club immediately after  8 week trial your first family membership will be £50 for the remainder of the season until March 31st 2018.

Please describe how the club will ensure the new member feels welcomed:

1. A personal phone call from committee member to welcome them.
2. A card with details of all club activities taking place over their trial membership.
3. Details of club coach to contact and arrange independently if desired.
4. Individual invitations to club events using email.
5. A regular call from committee member to ensure all is well.
6. A personal letter with two weeks remaining on trial, to join the club fully.

Coaching will not be offered as part of the offer, but you can arrange this privately if you wish at an additional cost. To be negotiated with the coach privately.

All social events on club calendar.

All tennis section events.

Court not available during league matches.

Ladies evening, only available to female adult members.  Monday 6:00 onwards

Gents night, only available to male adult members. Thursday 6:00 onwards

Social tennis on Saturday afternoon is not available for junior members.  2:00-4.30

Adult players will be given a returnable key to the club to access toilets.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all time.

Adults do not need to be accompanied by child at all times.

Please do not walk on bowling green.

Please be respectful to members at all times.

Members must abide by club rules, a copy of which is available for inspection in the club house.
