On Saturday, 25th January, the Goodrich 'D'ie Hards travelled to MCS to take on their 'C' team.  The Goodrich first pair, Lisa Hill and Di Webb were totally focussed, dropping just one game on the way to a 6-0 / 6-1 victory over the MCS first pair.   Meanwhile second pair, Sue Harley and Karla Morris, had a very competitive two sets against their opposite number, also recording a win of 6-3 / 6-3.  After the change-over, Lisa and Di, now facing the MCS second pair, took slightly longer to win their second rubber, this time 6-2 / 6-1.  Not to be outdone Sue and Karla were also successful, winning their match 6-1 / 6-3.  This win puts the 'D'ie Hards at the top of Division 5 in the Hereford and Worcester Winter League, with four more matches to play, the next of which is on Sunday, 9th February, away to Woolhope 'C'.
