Notes from the coach
These beginner sessions will introduce you to the game and give you the confidence to get on court and enjoy a game. We will run through the strokes, tactics and rules with plenty of opportunity to practice in a structured way. Most people enrolling on this course have had a go at tennis, possible at school and never through tennis could be for them. Why not give it a shot?!
