For those who have played a few times before and are looking to improve their all-round game play, this course is for you. What will we cover: · Improving basic stroke technique · Introducing advanced strokes & tactics · Enhance your confidence and decision making within game-based drills and match play. · Dynamic drills and exercises that focus on developing coordination, movement and control. . All courses will be small group sessions to ensure you get lots of practice. NB the initial courses will only be 3 weeks and run up until Christmas.
