Notes from the coach

These are based on drills and adapted matchplay to put technical and tactical skills into practise for singles or doubles. Racket, body and footwork technique are all worked on, as well as physical conditioning. All this is done with the aim for players to compete in club competitions, local league matches and various tournaments.
