Cardio-style Tennis, raising funds for Maggie's Edinburgh. Your fee for attending will be paid to Maggie's Centre Edinburgh. Cardio-style Tennis is a high energy fitness session that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 to 1,000. Cardio-style Tennis combines warm-up, tennis drills, and fun games, all played out to music! Please do note the following conditions before you book: 1) Your booking is NOT transferable; this is to ensure we have full contact details of everyone taking part. 2) There are no refunds given if you decide to cancel - consider the payment you made a contribution to Maggie's. 3) There are refunds if any Cardio-style for Maggie's session is cancelled due to the weather or any other circumstance.
