Notes from the coach
This session is held at Offley Tennis Club Offley Recreation Centre, Offley, Hitchin Hertfordshire SG5 3DX. These sessions are suitable for ladies of all ages from improver level and above. We work on improving through drills, which are fun and also great for fitness. Tactics are also taught with a high emphasis on improving doubles play, although singles is also covered.
