New Court Booking system for 2019

 

Book and Cancel Floodlit Courts

The new Clubspark website has a court booking tool. It’s easy to use and allows you to see ‘your bookings’ Book  on Clubspark at https://clubspark.lta.org.uk/HaleLawnTennisClub/Booking

Please note:

·       It’s for Floodlit courts only – Nos 1,2,6 and 7 from 4pm until 10pm. 

·       Note - It applies when it’s dark! Not during the summer).

·       All other courts are freely available at any time for any member to use.

·       Booking slots are 30 minutes –Please book maximum 4 slots at any time. We want all members to have the opportunity to use floodlit courts

·       Booking slots per member in a week are limited – to ensure all members can use the courts

·       You can cancel bookings easily – Please do.  You should cancel at least 24 hours before the booking. Unused courts are annoying for us all

·       There is no charge for bookings

Floodlight use

·      

As you know – with the new membership arrangements -  membership now includes the free use of the floodlights.  

·       No cash - The coinbox on the court control has been removed.

·       Select your court with the F1 to F4 buttons

·       Press the arrows on the green screen for the court you have booked to add time to the floodlights. (£1 arrow adds 12 mins, £2 adds 24 mins)

·       NOTE – The buttons have a delay of a few seconds before you see the time remaining. Be patient

·       NOTE – The buttons may not work every time – Keep trying. They will work

·       Apply enough time for your booked slots

·       Note the lights for courts 6 and 7 take about 10 minutes to warm up or restart - So -As a courtesy, add enough time on these courts to keep them on for members with the next slot
