We have been advised that we can now resume Club Nights and our first one will be on Friday 24th July from 6pm and every Friday after that if all goes well.

Club nights will be a little different in order to comply with government guidelines.  A risk assessment has been completed along with an event delivery plan.

We have considered all aspects in order to keep everyone safe whilst enjoying the courts. 

 Here are some key points:

*  The maximum number allowed at the event is 30 and members only for the time being. 

*  Some hand sanitiser and wipes will be available in the pavilion.  

*  Toilets and handwashing will be available but kitchen remains closed.

*  Only 1 person allowed in pavilion at once. 

*  Chairs will be placed outside but will be 2m apart 

*  Balls will be provided

*  There will be a committee member at each Club night ensuring that we all follow the guidelines and look out for each other. 

 

 In order for us to resume Club Nights safely please note the following:

*  You will need to pre-book using Clubspark. Don't use the bookings page but go to Competitons then Club Night. Click on the trophy image and click Book at bottom of page. 

   Then go to  shopping trolley at top and add your details.  There is no charge.

*  We will also be keeping a paper register at the event (to be kept for 21 days) and you will need  to sign in with name.

*  Please bring your own hand sanitiser and wipes as usual.

*  Please wipe down everything you touch on the courts and in the pavilion.

*  Please bring your own racquet and drink but keep personal equipment to a minimum.

*  Please take care when arriving and leaving and adhere to government social distancing guidelines at all times.
