Notes from the coach
This course is suitable for all intermediate and advanced adults looking to improve their technical skills and tactical awareness on court. We will focus on all playing situations, playing strategies and stroke intentions. There will also be lots of technical teaching. If you are in a bit of a rut with your game or want to perform at an advanced level then this is the course for you!
