Notes from the coach

Tennis is a complex and dynamic sport requiring many different physical attributes. Tennis players require good cardiovascular fitness as well as, strength, balance, power, and flexibility. Our 'Keep Fit For Tennis' course will focus on improving these essential elements in a fun, social and active environment. We will carry out tennis drills and workouts that focus on stability, speed, endurance and movement patterns on the court.
