Notes from the coach

This serve and return course is suitable for adults looking to improve these specific playing situations. We will focus on the stance, grip, ball toss, racket head speed and service motion in its totality as well as how this impacts direction and percentage of the 1st and 2nd serve. We will also include a tactical progression by measuring the impact of the serve based on the 3rd and 4th shot of the rally (also know as 'the plus one shot'). If you are looking for something a little bit different to improve your serve, return and general play then this is the course for you!
