Notes from the coach

This summer course is aimed at adults who want to get into (or back into) playing tennis. You'll drill, run, hit balls, laugh, hit more balls, run some more and have so much fun you won't want to stop. By the end of the course you will have regained your confidence on the tennis court and also have picked up a wider understanding of the technique needed for the forehand, backhand and serve. We will introduce singles and doubles play as we progress through the course. These sessions are a great first stepping stone into the club. Rackets are available to borrow from the club and we recommend you bring plenty of drink!
