About this course

Notes from the coach

This course is suitable for all adults (parents, non-parents, professionals, key workers, carers etc) looking to get back into tennis- there is also an optional toddler tennis session included at the same time for toddlers aged 1-5. It can be really difficult to have an hour of exercise when looking after toddlers (usually it is one or the other). For this reason, alongside the adult session, one of our experienced qualified coaches will run an optional toddler tennis session at the same time. If you do not need this option do not worry- the course is STILL suitable for you if you are just looking to improve your tennis in a social and engaging adult group environment. All equipment is provided but please feel free to bring your own racket and a drink and a snack. There is plenty of space to park buggies too.
