Notes from the coach
This course is aimed at those who play or used to play fairly regularly. Can rally over the net comfortably with forehands and backhands, whilst controlling the direction and depth of the ball. The coach will look to develop these skills in a fun and engaging environment. There will be emphasis on doubles tactics and technique too.
