This yellow ball advanced course is suitable for both competent yellow ball adults and teens who like to hit big shots, work hard and play points! In this fun and dynamic environment, we will develop valuable technical skills on the forehand, backhand and serve that can add power, spin and transfer of body weight. We will link these technical skills with tactical outcomes in the context of game situations. In addition, we will focus on the impact of the 1st and 2nd serve placement and percentage and return. This is a good course for those who love their tennis and want to play to a higher level.
