About this course

Notes from the coach

This course is aimed at adults who want to get into (or back into) playing. You'll drill, run, hit balls, laugh, hit more balls, run some more and have so much fun you won't want to stop. By the end of the course you will have regained your confidence on the tennis court and also have picked up a wider understanding of the technique needed for the groundstrokes and serve.
