About this course

Notes from the coach

This course is suitable for juniors between ages 8-11 making their first steps into orange and green ball. The coach will teach them about direction, depth, speed and spin on the ball whilst playing dynamic games in a group environment. We will teach them how to hit the ball with the correct technique on forehand, backhand and serve. The sessions will be a great way to increase your child's confidence in a group tennis environment. We will look at rallying, building the point with forehands and backhands and competition towards the end of the course.
