This Saturday Red and Orange Ball group is suitable for juniors aged between 4-9 looking to make their first steps into tennis. Small courts, shorter/lighter rackets and soft balls to allow the children to have more fun and success. Our team will teach all fundamentals of tennis in a fun, play based environment. Our red and orange ball programme focuses on improving motor skills and coordination as well as introducing technique. Through games and activities players will learn movement, throwing, catching, tracking and ball striking. Technical skills with the racket will be taught prioritising swing shapes for forehands, backhands, serve and volleys. A great introduction into tennis at a welcoming tennis club! The sessions will be run by our Head Coach AND experienced coaching team to ensure each child gets enough help and encouragement in every session.
