Notes from the coach

This course is aimed at regular club players, beginners and those of you who used to play tennis and want to get back on court. There is something in this course for everyone. The course will teach you the correct technique for each shot with a particular focus on how to approach doubles. We will look at the technique behind the serve, volley and return in the context of doubles. There will be a sociable and fun outlook throughout and a chance to play with and against each other with more tactical and technical understanding. Individual goals and targets are set to help everyone improve. Following each 1hour session players can enjoy a well-earnt coffee/ tea and biscuits and are encouraged to stay and get to know other members of the group. The sessions will be carried out by a fully qualified LTA Level 3 Accredited + coach and Avon County player.
