Notes from the coach

This group is suitable for juniors aged 11+ and teens looking to develop their confidence with yellow ball in a fun, inclusive and engaging environment. Players will be taught reception skills (positioning on the court in relation to the oncoming ball) as well as technical skills for the forehand, backhand, volley and serve. Our yellow ball programme is an exciting stage where players begin to develop their own style of play and noticeable technical skill and tactical awareness. Each session will include fun team games, technique and confidence-boosting activities, match play and more. By the end of the course, tennis will become a game for life!
