About this course

Notes from the coach

This adult course is aimed at those who play or used to play fairly regularly. Can rally over the net comfortably with forehands and backhands, whilst controlling the direction and depth of the ball. The coach will develop these skills in a fun and engaging environment. There will be lots of technical teaching in the context of all the playing situations, playing strategies and tactical intentions.
