This 'Adults Get Back To Tennis' course is suitable for adults who want to get into or back into playing tennis. These classes cater for those who are looking to learn the basics of tennis and enjoy a social and engaging environment. You'll drill, run, hit balls, laugh, hit more balls, run some more and have so much fun you won't want to stop. By the end of the course you will have regained your confidence on the tennis court and also have picked up a wider understanding of the technique needed for the forehand, backhand, volley and serve. We will introduce singles and doubles play as we progress through the course. These sessions are a great first stepping stone into the club. Rackets are available to borrow from the club and we recommend you bring plenty of drink!
