This course is suitable for adults looking to improve their technique to get maximum power and control. This class will benefit those players that struggle with timing, power and consistency on their groundstrokes. The coach, with the adults permission, will provide video analysis throughout the course. The key elements that we will focus on are: early preparation with the racket, reaching a good power position and weight transfer and full rotation. This course is for you if you are looking for something a little bit different to improve your general play.
