This serve and return course is suitable for adults looking to improve these specific playing situations. We will focus on the stance, grip, ball toss, racket head speed and service motion in its totality as well as how this impacts direction and percentage of the 1st and 2nd serve. We will measure the effectiveness of the serve by including the return and therefore the 3rd and 4th shot of the rally. We will teach players to use the serve to set themselves up with the shot they want on the second shot.
