Notes from the coach

This hybrid course is aimed at both adults and juniors looking to get on court every Monday evening and hit the ball hard. There will be structured basket feeding, fun game situations and match play with the ultimate aim to hit big winners. We will also share technical tricks that allow you to hit the ball harder than ever before and add more speed to your serve. If the numbers are good the Head Coach will bring in another coach with county and national experience to help you and also join in. If consistency is not your thing sign up for optimum opportunity to improve your game. The sessions will be delivered by a fully qualified LTA Level 3 Accredited + Coach.
