Notes from the coach

We are offering online tennis related fitness classes to improve your physical condition for the courts. The classes will focus on strength, endurance, stability, mobility and flexibility. We believe it is important to continue to train during this time off court! Limited equipment is necessary - a yoga mat, kettle bell, resistance band and foam roller are all required to benefit fully from the classes. The classes are run by our Head Coach every Wednesday evening from 6pm and Saturday morning from 10am. The classes are accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and to both members and non-members. Designed for home or limited space, for any player aged 10 or above, 2 sessions per weeek, no gym required, 45-60minute workouts and minimal equiment needed!
