JUNIOR TENNIS MEMBERSHIP
Becoming a member entitles you to the coaching programme run by our coaching team, Tennis Hereford. Tennis Hereford
Aegon Team Tennis
This is a national competition and entries and teams are co-ordinated and organised by Tennis Hereford coaches. The Club has funded the team entry fees to support junior improvement.
We send many thanks to the parents who are and have been involved in transport and team captaincy.
There are 8 teams this year in the age range 8 and under up to 18 years old
We aspire to run a Junior Clubnight and will keep you involved in developments. If there are any parents who are willing and able to volunteer to help, please let the tennis committee know.
Families playing together
The more people who would like to play tennis the better and we hope we have a system that encourages that.
For adults who wish to play infrequently with their junior, just a £4 Visitors Fee is required to do so, payable at the bar.
There is also a “pay and play” facility for non members who wish to play together (this is only available during bar opening hours)
For those adults who regularly play tennis there is Family membership (2 Adults and 2 children Under 18) and now Family 1. Please see membership page
Access to the Club is by fingerprint for adult members. This is not available for junior members under 13 but can be made available to a relevant adult if access is needed for matches when the bar is closed. Please speak to Amy Hill at the bar/reception regarding this.
This is a polite reminder that all children under the age of 13 should be supervised at all times if they are not attending a coaching session. The Club cannot take responsibility for any children .
We are now using this website for membership applications and newsletters which we hope you are receiving and that the Club is inclusive of everyone playing here.
Families are welcome at all relevant Club events eg barbecues, quizzes etc.
It is a Members Club and if you have any ideas or suggestions please email firstname.lastname@example.org or see one of the Tennis Committee (email@example.com)
