Tennis Fitness Workout session is held on Tuesday evenings at 7pm. This session is what it says on the tin! A good cardiac workout using tennis drills which are highly interactive and great fun. This session suits all abilities except the absolute beginner (see Improvers instead) and is available to members only at a cost of £4 a session. If you are a non member and want to give it a go before committing to a membership fee then the first session is free!
