Notes from the coach
Tier 3 - Will partly replace 'tennis lessons' / 'pay & play' & 'school clubs'. These players might only train with us once a week in any of the above categories. They may have coaching from any of the TA team and drop in and out of lessons. They are looking to enjoy tennis as a fun activity, socialising with friends and/or getting fit. Enjoyment will be a key part of this tier as we will talent spot from these lessons and recommend to tier 2. Promotion to Tier 2 by recommendation of tier 1/2/3 coaches.
