Fitness Classes at the Club

We are delighted to announce that from 6th June the club will be hosting fitness sessions with experienced personal trainers Gareth Heap and Nicola Webb. These will aim to help with your tennis & overall fitness. The classes are a fun, circuit format and are suitable for all abilities. All 16&overs (members and non-members) are welcome to book into a session.

The sessions at the tennis club are as follows:

  • Mon 9:30-10:15 Burn & Firm  £5
  • Wed 9:30-10:15 HIIT Circuits £5
  • Sat   10:30-11:15 HIIT Circuits £5

The free sessions held on the Jubilee Weekend were very popular. Members can still claim your first free taster session in June – please arrange with Gareth or Nicola.
