Covid-19 Local Guidance (Updated 28/03/21)

We are pleased to be able to update you on our ability to open the courts and facilities at the club under clear rules and guidance set by the LTA. Click here to view the LTA guidance and advice so that you have all the information.

We must comply with the broader government guidance on social distancing. We must also point out that our local policies, and the LTA guidance may need to be able to be changed again should government policy change, so we are trying to be flexible and accommodating while supporting government policy and the desire to open up our facilities as much as possible. It is hugely important that members comply with guidance in order that we can keep the courts open.

Local Update 28/03/21:

All 4 courts will re-open at 08:00 on Monday 29th March.

COVID-19 guidance

We will re-open with COVID restrictions in place

No spectators at the club.

For adults supervising children being coached, this is limited to one adult per child please – and those adults must be careful on social distancing.

Clubhouse will be open for access to toilets – kitchen will remain off limits for now.

Please hand sanitise before you come to the club, use the hand sanitiser at the club and sanitise hands after you play.

When accessing courts 1 & 2, please use the main tennis gate. When accessing courts 3 & 4 please use the gate on the back of the courts via the football club access.

At all times on the courts please avoid any physical contact.

Please change ends carefully and consider using different ends of the net.

Please provide your own tennis balls for social tennis.

Please do not congregate in/around the clubhouse or clubhouse step.

Where other teams visit the club there is to be no socialising after matches (this means no tennis tea and so on).
