Dear Member
As you are aware we are listening to the advice on a day-to-day basis from the LTA who are following the government guidelines and as such we will continue to implement the appropriate actions required. Further information on the advice from the LTA can be found via the link below;

COURT BOOKINGS
Court bookings can still be made during these times.
Please use the Clubspark booking system wherever possible,
During opening hours booking and card payments can be made over the phone.
The club will now move to a cashless operation until further notice (No cash payments can or will be accepted)
Coaches are still available for Individual bookings: No access to the club house
Taking into account government advise this is strictly 1:1 unless in the case of siblings from the same household.
Our fantastic coaches are all self-employed and they will be available for 121 bookings. These are to be booked directly with the coach.
We can still provide a safe environment for coaching to take place, following current government advice, where interactions with others are minimal. So, you/your child can still get the benefit of exercise, fresh air and a much-needed change of scenery and the coaches can continue to work.
Safety Guidelines
Meanwhile, all members are reminded of the advice of how to avoid catching or spreading the infection:
- wash your hands with soap and water often - do this for at least 20 seconds
- always wash your hands when you get home or into work
- use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
- cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
- put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards
- try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
- Activity should only take place where travel to and from the courts can be done in a way compliant with social distancing advice, with players not travelling together unless they are part of a group residing in the same place
We would like to reiterate our thanks for supporting the club and coaching at Huntingdon Tennis Club – Let’s pull together to beat this!
Most importantly, look after yourselves and stay fit and healthy!!!’
