What can you expect?

At the Blue stage, children will learn fundamental skills for tennis through play in a fun, stimulating and safe environment. Children will be encouraged to make decisions and positively cooperate with other children. Sessions will be active with skills being developed at an appropriate pace to the child’s experience and ability.

Notes from the coach

Youth tennis uses the modified game to teach children, using modified equipment on appropriately sized courts. The syllabus includes ABC's (agility, balance, coordination and speed). Children are introduced to all appropriate shots. Technique and tactics using game play and competition. Coach/player ratio 1 to 8. (Ages 3 to 4) All abilities.
