Notes from the coach

These team training sessions are designed to support the team players in the club to improve their results in the matches they play. The program is backed up with a program of friendly matches. The two dates for matches during 2018's winter sessions will be confirmed when the sessions are up and running. I am also letting you know that for a few of the sessions I have had to draft in cover to keep the sessions consistently running. This will happen on 25th September.
