Notes from the coach

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT is essentially a type of exercise, be it cardio or resistance training. If you’re looking for a high energy, high reward exercise, try our new Tennis HIIT class. Our classes are an effective way to work out multiple muscle groups, burn calories and get your heart rate soaring while playing tennis. During our class, you can expect short bursts of high-effort exercises that are followed by periods of rest. This means you can burn the same amount of calories in 45 minutes that you would in a longer, low-intensity session. Bring your towels and water bottles. Learn new ways to exercise and feel the motivation that comes when exercising together. We've got soundtracks to get you charged up!!
