At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.
A fun, engaging session for players aged 6-10 to run alongside Cardio Tennis. Parents - why don't you burn some calories and let the kids play at the same time.
A session for beginner players to learn the ABC's and develop basic tennis skills in a fun environment.
