Notes from the coach

This age group is designed to use the skills that the players’ learned in Mini Tennis Red / Orange 1, and develop them so that they can play in the larger court with heavier balls. By the end of the course it is hoped that the children will be able to rally with each other, serve, and be confident playing points. The emphasis at this age group is to continue to develop ball perception skills and technique so that when they move up to Mini Tennis Green they have the ability to cover the whole tennis court and rally baseline to baseline.
