Kempsey Tennis Club uses the Lawn Tennis Associations Clubspark platform to process court bookings. When members of the public sign up to ClubSpark for the first time through the club website, they will be asked to accept Clubspark’s 'Terms and Conditions'.

Clubspark’s  Terms and Conditions for Players will be provided for players to read when they book a court for the first time. 

It should be noted that refunds will be given automatically for any cancellations no later than 2 hours before the start of any booking. For example, a booking taking place at 3pm will only receive a refund automatically up until 1pm on that day.
