Kempsey Ladies finished their summer on Sunday 5th August with a defeat away at Barnt Green. 

The summer was one of mixed fortune for the team, playing in a highly competitive Division 4 East. The opening two fixtures of the season saw the team lose to Bromsgrove and Pershore, before a run of three wins against Stourbridge, Manor Park and Bewdley saw them climb up the table. Unfortunately it was not possible to continue this good form, with the next three fixtures bringing defeat against Evesham, Stourbridge and Barnt Green.

Gill Hames and Jo Clark finished the season top of the player statistics with nine wins a piece.
