Men's B entertained Redmarley in their first fixture of the winter season on Sunday 28th October.

A strong line up of Sinclair & Scorer and Lacey & Davis enjoyed the afternoon sun but were unlucky to slip to a 0-4 defeat.

The first round of matches saw Sinclair & Scorer lose a tight match 6-7, 4-6, whilst Lacey and Davis took their opponents to three sets, before losing 6-3, 6-7, 6-7. 

The second round of matches again saw close encounters, with Sinclair & Scorer slipping to a 3-6, 5-7 loss and Lacey & Davis to a 4-6, 3-6 loss.

Captain Ed Bradford said: "Whilst Men's B were unlucky not to get any points from this fixture, I am confident that they will bounce back and prove to be a side worthy of a place in Division 5".
