The Club is affiliated to the Lawn Tennis Association and is run on a voluntary basis by an elected Committee and helpers.

With around 100 junior members, the Club excels at tennis development for young people and is proud of the successes our junior players have achieved by representing the Club at tournaments and playing for our senior teams as their tennis playing has progressed.

We have 6 claytex all weather courts, four of which are floodlit, so you can play till late. The clubhouse and facilities are shared by other clubs, including cricket, table tennis and darts. Many of our members play across all sports.  In addition, our clubhouse offers a modern bar, changing rooms and showers and a large hall area for functions and outside lettings.

The courts are available for our members use 365 days of the year. There are organised social tennis sessions, coaching sessions and league matches. Outside of these sessions the courts are available to members to organise their own matches.

Floodlights on four courts mean darkness is not a barrier to playing.   Lighting is free to members during social tennis time (Sunday afternoons, Wednesday evenings and most Friday evenings) and £3 per court per hour at other times.

Our Weekday members have several organised social play during the mornings and afternoons Monday to Friday.

Organised coaching takes place every day of the week. Social and fund raising events such as American Tournaments, quiz nights and  parties are organised on a regular basis, and we like to have some fun...
