Nicole Jones
Director of Tennis | LTA Level 4 Performance Coach
Nicole is a highly experienced performance coach with over 20 years of success developing players aged 5–18 at County, Regional, National, and International level, including Tennis Europe and ITF Junior circuits. Many of her players have gone on to compete at collegiate level in the UK and US.
She has spent the past eight years working alongside leading professionals in coaching, strength & conditioning, and sports psychology — significantly enhancing her knowledge and approach. Nicole is passionate about supporting players of all levels, from beginners to aspiring professionals, with a grounded and realistic coaching philosophy.

Harry is an experienced coach who has worked across several performance centres, supporting players from early development through to national level — ranging in age from 3 to 70+. He has also served as Assistant County Coach for the Hertfordshire Under 9s, contributing to junior player development at a regional level.
A former university first team captain and national championships competitor, Harry brings a performance-driven yet approachable coaching style. His focus is on developing confident, adaptable players who enjoy the game and are motivated to improve.
Alan Cope
Junior Competition Referee
LTA Level 2 Coach | ABTO Grade R4 Referee | Court Supervisor 3
Alan has been a tournament referee for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience in organising and running junior competitions. As an LTA Licensed Level 2 Coach, he also supports Mini Tennis sessions at the club. With his ABTO Grade R4 Referee qualification, Alan knows the ins and outs of rules, rankings, and tournament structures.
He’s passionate about the game — and always up for a chat! If you have any questions about upcoming events or anything competition-related, Alan’s your go-to person.
