Welcome to the beginner's course. What defines a beginner? Well that can be someone who hasn't played before and also some how has pushed the ball about a bit but wants to build their confidence. The course is aim to get you playing the game. Giving you the skills to get the ball over the net and in the court while getting fit and having some fun in the process.
