I would ask that your player come equipped with a racket. I have some spare, but please give advance notice if you need one as they are in short supply.

What happens in bad weather?
We always try to run sessions, even during a drizzle or light showers. If the weather is deemed unplayable to start the lesson, a notice will go out as a text message. If a lesson is wholly cancelled due to bad weather, it will be replaced by a makeup lesson during the term. the session can carry no replacement lessons from one period to the next.

Bad weather during a lesson
Lessons interrupted by rain that run for 25 mins will be counted and charged for.

Cancellation

Bad Behaviour
Bad behaviour will not be tolerated and children will be asked to leave the course with no refund if the behaviour does not improve following a warning.

PLEASE NOTE
Refunds will not be given if a session is missed due to your decision not to attend, including parties, travel, holidays, illness and religious festivals. Also please do not ask if your child can do a ‘make-up session due to a missed lesson. I keep all sessions within the LTA player/coach ratio guidelines, this cannot be done. You would not be happy if two extra people turned up for one of your child’s lessons, thus upping the ratio.
