A windy April Saturday saw 12 pairs compete in the first club tournament of 2019, down on the Denes Oval.
The pairs were playing for the Ivor Jones trophy in the clubs first competition of the new season.
Despite the challenging conditions, the competition was completed. Congratulations to the winners Jane Reeve and Ben Thompson who met Mandy Driver and Andy Podd in the final.
Well done to all that braved the elements for an enjoyable morning of tennis as well as a very social gathering.
