What can you expect?

At the Red stage, children practice to serve (with an overarm throw) rally, and learn to play points. Coaches will help children to develop adaptive skills, coordination, balance & speed. Through basic instruction, children continue to prepare for the game ahead.

Notes from the coach

This session is a great way to get your child playing & enjoying tennis, outside in the fresh air. The sessions will include; warm up, coordination challenges, tennis drills & fun games to help your child learn & understand how to play the game of Tennis. Club membership will allow you to receive lessons at a discounted rate. Mads can provide equipment and offers advice/discount on new rackets.
