About this course

Notes from the coach

This course is designed for children fairly new to tennis or still working towards achieving a rally of 10 consistently. In this session we will work on your agility, balance, co-ordination and racket skills which will help improve your all round performance on the tennis court. There will be a focus on improving the fundamental techniques for groundstrokes and also introducing the serve. The main aim for this course to give your child the confidence to consistently be able to hit over the net and work towards achieving a rally of 10 consistently. Sessions will be 55 minutes long to allow for 5 minutes turnover between sessions. This gives you a chance to touch base with the coach if you have any questions at the end of the session. Please only select member price if your child is a Junior member at Felixstowe Lawn Tennis Club. Checks will be made and alterations will be needed if necessary.
