Work on the project to replace the old shale courts with two fantastic new hardcourts is scheduled to start on Tuesday 3rd April 2018 and to finish around mid-May. The schedule and project progress are both dependent on the weather for the type of work that needs to be done especially the critical part of laying the new surface once all the preparatory work has been done. So everyone keep your fingers crossed for fair weather. As an added but quite fitting bonus, the floodlights will be replaced with new, more efficient lamps which should greatly improve court illumination for play at night.
